A. Goods transported from Hong Kong to Türkiye

Original documents to be endorsed, MUST bearing the seal of any of the following Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong:-

- Chinese Manufacturers’ Association in Hong Kong;

- Federation of Hong Kong Industries;

- Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce;

- The Chinese General Chamber of Commerce; or

- The Indian Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong

A set of photocopy of the documents (for our retention):

- Certificate of Origin (issued by any of the abovementioned Chamber of Commerce)

- Invoice

- Contract / PO / Service Agreement

- Packing List

- Export Declaration (issued by any of the abovementioned Chamber of Commerce)

- Bill of Lading

B. Good transported/Without trans-shipment from Mainland China to Türkiye

The Consul does not endorse the documents if the goods transported / without trans-shipment from Mainland China to Türkiye. Otherwise, the applicant has to submit the documents same as point A (exclude Hong Kong Export Declaration Form) together with an Export Declaration Form issued by the Custom of Mainland China bearing the seal of TürkiyeEmbassy in Beijing or Consulate General of Türkiyein Shanghai or Consulate General of Türkiyein Guangzhou.

The fee for each seal is HKD152(cash only). We need two working day for the endorsement process
