The ONLY official Turkey online visa system can be reached at http://www.evisa.gov.tr/. No other site has been granted by the Turkish Government to handle this process. Any other so called sites are scam (i.e. http://turkey-e-visa-hk.com). And also Hong Kong SAR passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 90 days. Do not share your any personal information on any other fraud sites.
